All coaches are screened and approved by the Board of Directors and pass a third-party background check. Coaches are trained and certified by USA Football as tackle coaches, including "Heads Up" tackling. Head coaches for ages 8 and up attend a two-day Big NE Coaching Clinic, and at least one staff member is CPR certified. An EMT is on site for every practice and game.
